The Challenge
Spire needed their digital presence to match the standard of care patients experience in person. The challenge was building a site complex enough to serve multiple hospital locations and dozens of specialties, while keeping the patient journey clear and stress-free.
What We Did
Patient Journey Mapping
We mapped every entry point — from symptom search to specialist booking — and designed the site structure around how patients actually look for private healthcare, not how the organisation was internally structured.
Multi-Location Architecture
We built a scalable location and specialty system that lets each hospital maintain its own presence under one unified brand, with consistent UX across all pages.
Accessibility & Trust
Healthcare requires a higher standard of trust. We implemented WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards, clear credential displays, and a booking system that removes friction at every step.
